01 / RECOVERY
Recovery starts with a careful assessment of the material, not with processing at any cost.
We first establish which metals a material contains and what it is mixed with. Separation, processing and commercial assessment follow from that.
Collection
Metal-bearing materials and end-of-life components are received and assessed by origin and condition.
Sorting and separation
Materials are separated by metal type, condition and recoverability.
Processing
The separated fractions are prepared for further recovery and assessed commercially.
Return to the cycle
Processed metals are returned to the material cycle.
